2nd National quiz on Law of Tort & Important Legal Maxims: Register by Aug 25

About The Organizers:

“IN LIGHT OF LAW”, is a platform which is developed by the law students for the law students, with the aim of making the language of law easier.

 

About the competition

Theme: Law of Torts and important Legal maxims

·         The competition is scheduled on: 25th August, 2020,

·         Last date of registration: 24th August, 2020,

·         Timings of Quiz – 5:00 – 5:20 PM,

·         Quiz will consist Multiple Choice, True False and short answer type questions.

·         The quiz will be based on the following topics:

·         Law of torts: 30 questions

·         Important legal maxims: 10 questions

·         The total number of questions will be 40; the questions will carry One mark for each.

·         There will be no negative marking,

·         Total Time for attempting the questions wil be 20 minutes.

·         In case of a tie, the person who finished his quiz first will be given preference.

·         The Quiz will take place through a Google Form.

·         The quiz can be played on any device- Mobile/Tablet/Laptop. However, we recommend you to use PC.

·         We will not be responsible in case of any connectivity/device failure during the Quiz.

Note: I. This competition is not team-based and thus each candidate shall register and participate individually. And,

II. Any candidate, if found doing malpractice during the examination will be debarred from the Contest.

·         The Registration Fee is Rs. 30 per entry only.

·         Registration Fee can be Paid via Paytm, PhonePe & Google Pay on 7297911597.

·         Kindly Attach the ‘Screenshot of the Payment Receipt’ while Filling the Registration Form.

·         The Last date of Registration is 24th August, 2020, till midnight.

·         After Registration, get yourself added to Whatsapp group for latest update of the event. We’ll share the link by August 24.

Prizes and certificates

·         The Participants Securing 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place will be Given Rs 500, 300 & 200 Rupees Respectively,

·         Top 5 Winners will be awarded a Certificate of Excellence,

·         10% exclusive discount for KATOG courses for top 5 participants,

·         Each participant will be awarded the certificate of participation,

·         The Certificates will be in the Form of E-certificates and will be mailed to the Participants on their respective Email addresses.
