Call for Blogs
As the world grapples with the
coronavirus pandemic, the distressed companies are resorting to corporate
restructuring mechanisms to tide over the impact of the pandemic.
Hence, the Blog Series aims to
facilitate a comprehensive discussion related to the legal framework and
critical issues pertaining to mergers, acquisitions and takeover. It also seeks
to highlight how the restructuring mechanisms will aid in reviving the business
at both, domestic and international level.
Theme: Merger, Acquisition and Takeover: A Reviving Mechanism
Please note: The submissions are,
however, not restricted to the aforementioned theme, provided they fall within
the ambit of the main theme i.e. Commercial and Financial Laws.
Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be original and free from any
plagiarism. Any plagiarism shall not be allowed in any circumstances.
- Submissions can be made in the form of
articles, opinion, case comments on the aforementioned laws.
- The title of any submission must be attractive
and should not be more than 10 words.
- The articles must be within the word limits of
700- 1500 words. The authors must keep their articles precise and concise
to ensure reader friendliness. Authors are advised to make a compact
summary in the initial paragraph.
- Expert opinions are invited on the
aforementioned laws and must be within the limits of 400- 800 words [flexible].
- Should the article use any material as a
reference, an appropriate link should be provided therefore in the main
text itself. Endnotes, which should follow the citation format of 20th
Bluebook Harvard Citation, could be used only if such form of referencing
is not possible.
- The editorial team reserves the right to
conduct a strict editorial review of submissions received and holds
absolute discretion in determining whether to accept a submission or not.

- Cross-posting is allowed subject to prior
approval of the editorial board of CFLR Insights and should be marked as
originally published at CFLR Insights.
How to Submit?
All submissions must be sent to cflrinsights[at]gmail.com
with the subject ‘Guest Blog Post’. Submissions will only be accepted in
MS Word along with the author’s brief bio including name and current
designation.
It is to be noted that submissions
will be accepted till 30th October 2020.
