About National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)

The Central Government has constituted National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) under section 408 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) w.e.f. 01st June 2016.

In the first phase the Ministry of Corporate Affairs have set up eleven Benches, one Principal Bench at New Delhi and ten Benches at New Delhi, Ahmadabad, Allahabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai.

These Benches were headed by the President and 16 Judicial Members and 09 Technical Members at different locations. Subsequently, more members have joined and Benches at Cuttack, Jaipur, Kochi, Amravati, and Indore have been setup.

Job Description

Applications are invited for filling up the following posts on deputation basis in the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Benches at New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Amaravati (presently at Hyderabad), Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cuttack, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore (presently at Ahmedabad), Jaipur, Koehl, Kolkata and Mumbai. • Joint Registrar: Level 13 (Rs. 123100-215900)
• Deputy Registrar: Level 12 (Rs. 78800- 209200)
• Assistant Registrar: Level 11 (Rs.67700-208700)
• Court Officer: Level 8 (Rs. 47600- 151100)
• Senior Legal Assistant: Level 7 (Rs. 44900- 142400)
