About the Course
Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act has been enacted to protect children from offences of sexual assault, sexual harassment, pornography, and provide for establishment of special courts for trial of such offence and matters connected there with or incidental thereto. The Act intends to protect the child through all stages i.e., from the stage of apprehension of an offence under this Act is likely to be committed or knowledge that such an offence has been committed till the disposal of case by judicial process.
