About The Colloquium

The LawKit is organizing an Online National Colloquium on “The Growing Relevance of Business & Human Rights in India and Related Emerging Practice Areas.”

The ongoing process of formulation of a National Action Plan for Business and Human Rights in India has presented an opportunity for various businesses to closely reevaluate their existent policies. The impact of the National Action Plan in the backdrop of dynamically emerging and evolving rights oriented legislation calls for establishing a perspective on the emergence of Business and Human Rights as a practice area on its own. The webinar will seek to discuss and present opportunities and challenges for India Inc. in this context.
