LexForti Legal Journal [ISSN: 2582 – 2942] is a free open access peer-reviewed journal, which gives insight into broad and dynamic legal issues. The objective of LexForti is to provide open and free access to legal databases to everyone.

LexForti is highly committed to helping law students to get their research articles published and an avenue to the aspiring students, teachers and scholars to make a contribution to the legal sphere.


LexForti revolves around the firmament of legal issues; consisting of corporate law, family law, contract law, taxation, alternative dispute resolution, IP Laws, Criminal Laws, and various other Civil issues.

About the Internship 

The organisation is providing internship opportunities for law students from the month of October to December 2020. Students who are keen on developing their research skills and are interested in writing articles on various legal issues and case studies are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities of the Interns

The interns are required to research and write upon various legal issues and case analyses, though the interns would be having a little flexibility in choosing their topics the general themes of the articles will be provided by the editor in charge.

Location

This programme is an online-based internship.

Eligibility 

Applications of law students pursuing either a 5-year integrated programme or a 3 year LLB programme are welcomed. The applicants must possess good English communication skills and must be proficient in legal research.

Number of Vacancies 

5 (Five): 3 for research articles and legal issues and 2 for case analysis and legal news.

Duration 

The minimum period of the internship is 4 weeks but based on the applicant’s performance and interest an extension may be granted.

The candidates will have to go through a three-step selection procedure for joining this internship programme.

Students are shortlisted based on their initial application and asked to send a writing sample, post which they will have to go through a telephonic personal interview round.

A certificate for internship will be provided and a recommendation letter is also issued subject to the performance of the candidate.

All of the accepted articles written by the interns (subject to alterations by the editors) are going to be posted on the blog page of the website and will be indexed on Google.
