The Chair on Intellectual Property Rights at National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam (NLUJAA) was instituted under SPRIHA, Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Cell for IPR Promotion and Management (DIPP-CIPAM), Government of India with the vision to facilitate Intellectual Property Education and Research.

In pursuance of the goals set out for the DIPP-CIPAM IPR Chair, NLUJAA is hosting webinars on the following:
1st Webinar: Protecting Regional Products: Geographical Indications of Goods facilitated by Dr. Suchibrata Goswami on 27th February 2021 (Saturday) at 12 PM.
The Speaker
Dr. Suchibrata Goswami is currently posted as Assistant Professor in Center for Distance and Online Education, Tezpur University. She obtained her Post Graduate Diploma from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
2nd Webinar: Protection of Semi-Conductor Integrated Circuit Layout Designs facilitated by Ms. Ojeswini Bondalapati on 2nd March 2021 (Tuesday) at 12 PM.
The Speaker
Ms. Ojeswini Bondalapati is a registered patent agent. She completed her bachelor’s of Technology in the stream of Electronics and Computers Engineering (2009-2013) from Sree Nidhi Institute of Science and Technology, affiliated to JNTU, Hyderabad.
