The Sixth Ex Arca Webinar (the online platform of HNLU) in association with Texas A&M on the theme –“Emerging IP Landscape of India and China” will be streamed live on YouTube and Web-Ex on 26th April 2021 from 6:30 PM commemorating the World IP day.

Hidayatullah National Law University Raipur has launched EX ARCA – an outreach platform with a blended online offline programme to disseminate the interface of law with Arts, Humanities, Science, Technology and Management. The Centre for Law and Intellectual Property of the School of Law at Texas A&M is a leading research centre on research & advocacy of IP in US.

Prof. Vivekanandan, Vice-Chancellor of HNLU speaking on the webinar remarked, ‘ The world is hit by an unprecedented pandemic wave and ‘Access’ to health is the central challenge.   • Prof. V.C.Vivekanandan, Vice-Chancellor of HNLU to give the opening remarks, and the keynote address will be delivered by Prof. Robert Ahdeih, Dean of School of Law of TAMU Prof. Srividhya Raghavan of TAMU will deliver her lecture on the topic “The Public Health Country-club & India’s attempt to alter the Intellectual Property Landscape”.
  • Prof. Peter Yu of TAMU to deliver his lecture on “China’s Innovative Turn and the Changing Intellectual Property Landscape”.
  • Ms. Debmita Mondal, faculty and convener of Ex ARCA will anchor the programme.
