About Nikunj Kulshreshtha

Nikunj Kulshreshtha is an academic and a researcher. Currently I am working as a tenured faculty member of Jindal Global Law School (21` QS Ranking for Law and Legal Studies-79). 

My primary interests are Criminal Law, Gender and Law and their related issues. Apart from law, I have a keen interest in Geopolitics, International Relations, Forensic Sciences, Military and Strategic Studies.


About the Research Assistantship

Duration:

3 months maximum beginning in the 1st week of July

Compensation:

Stipend would be paid (2500-3500) depending on quality of work submitted, certificate of recognition and personalised career guidance would be included as non-financial perquisites.


Eligibility criteria:

1st and 2nd year students in a 5-year integrated law course and 1st year law students in a 3-year LLB course are eligible to apply.
(This is an exclusive assistantship, no other opportunity can be simultaneously pursued. LLM Students, Law graduates, 3rd/4th/5th year students and practicing lawyers please do not apply.  This is a special opportunity designed to mentor young law students. Non-NLU students will be given preference. It would be expected that the candidates have access to Indian research portals such as SCC, Manupatra etc.)
