To assist the Legal Function. Should be capable of handling multiple legal assignments and ensure minimization of legal risks to the organization.
What will you bring to the team:
- Must have excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills; extensive experience with global commercial contracts.
- Attention to detail.
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Quick turnaround time.
- Graduate in Law (LLB) regular from a reputed institute with good academic background.
- 3-6+ years of experience: with a company in ITeS domain or a law firm or both.
- Experience working in an MNC (preferable but not mandatory).
- Experience working with senior individuals.
- Experienced in negotiation with clients based in US/ UK/ EU.
- Must be able to accommodate working hours overlapping with US/ UK/ EU.
