I applied for

to our mentor Mr. Devesh Tiwari then he took my on-call interview and I got
selected.
6. First day formalities, infrastructure, first impression
·
First day
formalities were much presumed and
basic I was asked to submit my personal and academic details like Name,
University Name, Year and semester of study, Email id, Contact Number apart
from this I was also asked to submit my Curriculum Vitae (CV) and Cover letter
to the given organisation’s email id. Also, after providing these I was added
to the organisations WhatsApp groups.
·
About
infrastructure my internship was
online home-based. Can’t say anything about physical infrastructure but for the
online virtual method we had our every meeting on the reliable Google-Meet
platform and for general communication, queries and regular updates we had our
WhatsApp groups.
·
My first Impression to the organisation was
pretty good. As a first-year student who is doing his first internship that
also online I was little bit timid about things but the organisation welcomed
me wholeheartedly. I become an acquaintance of the organisation within no time.
7. Main task
·
As one of the
significant aims and objectives of the organisation is to create Legal
awareness in the society one of the my main tasks was to create a WhatsApp
group and to add as many as individuals as possible and then to share the daily
legal updates in that particular group like regarding any important amendment,
legal current affairs, information about various MUNs taking place, various law
based competitions, articles, blogs etc. all of which was sent to me by my mentor
daily, I just had to forward it further
in my particular group. So, that more and more individuals get know about
things happening around.
Apart from this, other tasks were:
·
Debate competition
(Topic was given by the organisation)
·
Moot Court
Competition (Moot Proposition and teams were allotted by the organisation)
8. Work environment
·
Work environment
of my internship was virtual but still very composed and cohesive, mentor was
just a text or call away to guide me whenever I needed him. Things like meeting
date and time, task submission deadline and other things were not decided arbitrarily
but through everyone’s consensus/consent in consideration with every intern’s
university/college exam and stuff.

and obviously jokes.
·
Among many one
of the lessons, I learnt on the very first minute of my internship was
regarding the proper format of giving personal details formally i.e., whenever
submitting details for a formal thing you are not supposed to submit it in a
tabular form like Name - ____, College - _____ … but rather in a paragraph like
My name is ____ studying in ______.
