About the Legal Internship

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the reporting manager

2. Drafting and vetting contracts like commercial contracts, shareholders’ agreements, share subscription agreements, employment agreements, ESOPs, licensing agreements, etc.

Qualifications

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 13th Jul’21 and 17th Aug’21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from Delhi and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests
