The role bearer has the responsibility to initiate multiple legal proceedings against defaulter customers. Also handles cases against the company. Take case advocate billing, Escalations and legal compliances.

  • Responsible for filing cases in court
  • Handles Legal Regularly compliances 
  • To handles Advocate billing
  • Handles escalations and Notices issued against bank.
  • Legal Compliances 
  • RBI Complaints and compliances 
  • Maintain legal MIS 

Eligibility

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate: LLB
  • Post Graduate: LLM 

Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Legal
