The National Centre for Mergers and Acquisitions (under the aegis of Law Essentials Journal) comprises a group of law students and professionals strive to develop researching skills.
We aspire to create a uniquely collaborative and research-driven community of individuals with full enthusiasm about Mergers and Acquisitions. The centre aims to provide an opportunity to research, explore, analyze, and learn about the shifts and developments in the area Mergers and Acquisitions around the world. Mission: – To provide an opportunity to research and understand the framework and strategies of Mergers and Acquisitions. – To generate a room for students and professionals to analyze and outstretch the drift of ideas of Mergers and Acquisitions. – To update the readers with the ongoing trends in Mergers and Acquisitions, globally. – To facilitate and appreciate the activities of Mergers and Acquisition transactions.
About the Opportunity
Internship Opportunity at the National Centre for Mergers & Acquisitions Laws, Law Essentials
Eligibility
Students in their 2nd & 3rd yr (in 3 year course) or 3rd-5th yr (in 5 year course). Any other student who is interested in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions, but does satisfy the eligibility criteria, may also apply. Their acceptance shall be at the discretion of the authorities at the National Centre for Mergers & Acquisitions Law, Law Essentials Journal.

Additional Requirements & Info
1. Candidate should have a sense of responsibility and be punctual with respect to the completion of tasks.
2. Candidate should also be hardworking and willing to devote his/her full time.
3. Interns will be required to do extensive research.
4. Drafting work will also be allotted to interns.
5. At the end of the internship the candidates will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation (if the performance is par excellence
