About the Webinar
The Centre for IP Studies is organizing a webinar on ‘Enforcement and Litigation of IPR’, on October 20 & 21, 2021.
The first session (Day 1) of the webinar will focus on aspects of finding infringements, cease and desist actions, online takedowns etc. The session will also cover the basics of negotiating between parties.
The second session (Day 2) will cover different aspects involved in preparing for IPR litigations, various stages of litigation and the basics of drafting different documents involved in IPR litigation.
