About the Opportunity

Legal Research Intern for JURAL LLP, Connaught Place, New Delhi

Role

The Research Intern will serve as a member of the Legal Team providing support for the senior members of the firm for the period of two months.

Essential duties and responsibilities

The Legal Intern’s essential duties and responsibilities include providing support for or

performing the following…

• Legal research on various Supreme Court and High Courts judgments

• Legal research on IP matters and process in India and overseas

• Research on Crypto, Gaming, AI segment etc. and their current legal status in various

countries including India

• Reviewing and drafting standard contracts

• Compiling and maintaining contingency reports and assisting with preparation of pre-litigation work to minimize risks and maximize legal rights

Stipend

You would be paid INR 5,000/ per month as stipend. Work experience certificate would be provided on the completion of internship.

Eligibility

? Legal research intern must be in the Final year of the of law degree or fresh pass outs.

? You must possess excellent command over English language and drafting skills.

? The Legal Intern position requires five days per week work. This is primarily work for home (WFH) position, can be called to Connaught Place office subject to Covid-19 conditional and protocols.
