The company is looking forward to hire interns for its legal team.

Eligibility

• The candidate must be in 4th or 5th year of the 5 year law program or in 2nd or 3rd year of the 3 year law program.

• The Candidates must display proficiency in English Language (both oral and written)

• The candidates must have interest in commercial/civil litigation, drafting and vetting of contracts, General Corporate Law.

• Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work in a team.

• The candidates must display ambition and commitment towards the growth of the firm, and towards their professional growth as well.

• Working Knowledge of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and Companies Act 2013 is an added advantage but not the only criteria for selection.

Responsibilities

• Legal Research (Commercial and Civil Litigation), matters mostly pertaining to Companies Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Merchant Banking, SEBI Regulations

• Drafting (Especially Legal Notices, IBC Applications and RTI Applications)

• Assisting the associates in merchant banking activities such as IPOs, Rights Issue, drafting of various documents required to be registered with SEBI under the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations 2018.

• Observing Court Proceedings

• Any other legal task(s) which may be assigned by the company during the course of the internship.

Stipend

• As per industry standards.
