Legal Head/Senior Legal Counsel

Eligibility

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 Years relevant experience.
  • Educational Qualification: The candidate must hold an LLB degree from a reputed institute.
  • Skills: Good drafting skills, Deep knowledge, and understanding of the IP Laws, excellent legal research and writing skills, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Preference: Preference will be given to the candidates who have prior experience in IP.

Responsibilities

The Candidate is expected to contribute in the following ways:

  • Strategic IP Advice and Opinions
  • IP conflict management and resolution
  • Legal notices, opinions, and reports
  • Other IP and Legal activities

Expected Salary

Rs.35,000 – Rs.40,000 per month.

Location (Duty Station)

Indirangar, Bangalore

Number of Vacancies

IP Counsel

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 Years of Experience in IP Firms or Law Firms.
    • Working experience in Filing & Processing of Trademark & Copyright, Trademark Opposition drafting, Counter Drafting, Evidence Drafting, and its prosecution, etc is preferred.  
  • Skills: Strong expertise in Legal Drafting
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills with a zeal for learning.
  • Proficiency: Fluency in Microsoft Office.

Expected Salary

Rs.20,000 – Rs.30,000 per month.
