About the Job Role
ADPL is looking to hire professionals for two positions:
- Advocate
- Providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice to your employer and other members of staff on a variety of legal topics that relate to the business sector and their products or services.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements.
- Managing and mitigating legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business.
- Promoting legal, compliance, and risk management best practices throughout the company.
- Communicating with and managing any third-party bodies such as external counsel or auditors.
- Designing and delivering legal training to the business.
- Staying up-to-date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules, and regulations that directly affect your business and specific industry.
- Liaising with senior members of staff.
- Chartered Accountant
- Responsibilities of all Statutory Compliances, GST, Companies Act
- Creating MIS reports on financial data, and compiling and analyzing the existing data.
- Creating periodic reports like balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and others.
- Maintaining financial records and sheets errorless.
- Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Staying updated with the current law and regulations relating to finance and accounting.
- Advising and assisting management in the various organizational decision-making processes by maintaining financial reports and preparing budgets.
- GSTR-1,2,3B, TDS & TCS return filling
- Reconciliation of Bank Accounts and Ledgers
- Preparation of Cash Flow Statements, Receipt & Payments
- Guidance in Tax Planning
- Daily sundry debtors and sundry creditors list submission
- Vendor Management (If required)
- Prepare and verify vouchers like Bank Payments/Cash Receipt/ Journal Vouchers
- Process Employee Payroll on time.

Required Qualification
- For Advocate:
- LL.B. and enrolled with Bar Council of India.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience, either working in-house or in litigation.
- For CA
- CA qualified or Semi Qualified
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience post qualification.
