About the Organisation
VSP Legals are a law firm handling matters in the High Courts, Supreme Court of India, DRAT, and the NCLAT involving the application of PC Act, PMLA, Benami Properties, and other allied laws.
Eligibility
- Candidates having 5-6 years of experience in criminal litigation.
- Thorough working knowledge in PC Act, PMLA, and other allied laws is desirable.
- The candidate’s experience in drafting appeals, revision, petition u/s 482 Cr.PC, Writs, and SLP is desirable.
- The candidate must be proficient in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
- The candidate should have sound legal drafting abilities.
- The candidate must be well versed with legal research and drafting in a criminal appeal, revision, writs, SLP, and petition of Section 482 of Cr.PC.
