The position they are hiring for is the Head of Dispute Resolution and they want the candidate to demonstrate drive and have strong legal acumen and integrity.
The right candidate will be able to independently chalk out strategies and drafting for civil as well as corporate litigation. Should be able to appear before High Court and NCLT to argue the matter.
