About the Conference

Every day we live a dignified life within the sphere of human rights protection. This sphere includes and is not limited to socioeconomic, civil, political, and cultural rights; a peaceful environment; education; work; and better living standards.

The International Convention, Constitution, Policies, and Statutory Laws and Reformists ensure the protection of human rights. Human rights include and are not limited. A human right has two important facets; it is not an absolute right but a restricted right in the interest of public peace, social decency, and security.

The major causes of human rights violations are government actions, structured armed conflict, economic factors, sociological factors, technological factors, and psychological factors. Due to the constant attack and apprehension of the distortion of the human rights sphere, the judiciary has repeatedly played a prime role in ensuring the human rights sphere for humans remains undistorted by the violations.

The human rights sphere stands secure due to the reformative measures adopted by the reformists. Reformists include individuals, universities, institutions, society, and a country. The urgent need is to articulate and address human rights causes and issues in a reformist manner that results in significant change and strengthens the human rights sphere.

The aims and objectives of the conference are:

  • To learn and address human rights issues through reformists and their approaches
  • To articulate multidisciplinary reformist measures
  • To invite the stakeholders and beneficiaries to present appropriate solutions to human rights issues.
  • To launch an EDITED BOOK ON THE REFORMIST APPROACHES during the valedictory session of the conference
  • To collate the top 15 papers presented during the conference on Reformist Approaches on Human rights proposed to be published by Lexis Nexis.
