About the Position

Online applications are invited from young legal professionals for the job post of Senior/Assistant Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • This role primarily involves providing PMO/operations support for our GCR EMS team.
  • The candidate must be flexible in taking lead on various projects to meet the demands of a constantly evolving and growing business. You will be expected to perform the following responsibilities.
  • Help the onshore team in drafting advice notes and articles
  • Preparing CVs, Powerpoint presentations and proposals.
  • Draft Engagement Agreements including Cover letter, Scope of Work and General Terms and Conditions.
  • Collating AML documentation.
  • Other Document management support as per requirement.
  • Team coordination which includes Calendar management and Training coordination.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of work, multi-task, prioritize, and make decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and detail consciousness.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Strong teaming skills and an ability to deal with people of all levels.

Essential Qualifications

  • A post-graduate in management or law with a minimum of 5 years experience in admin/operations preferably with any big 4 firms.
  • Bachelor’s in law is desirable.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
