Eligibility
The candidate should have a Degree in Law from a recognized university/Institute.
Salary
- For working employees joining on deputation: Existing Pay plus Deputation Allowance & other applicable allowances.
- For working employees joining on Direct Recruitment/Contract: Rs. 33,000-1,00,000/- IDA (3rd PRC) plus other applicable allowances.
- For Retired officers joining on a Reemployment basis:
- Retired from the Grade in CDA5200-20200 (Grade Pay 2400) (Level 4 in 7th CPC) Or, 25,000-80,000/- 3rd PRC in IDA. The consolidated fee is 33,300/- p.m.
- Retired from the Grade in CDA5200-20200 (Grade Pay 2800) (Level 5 in 7th CPC) Or, 33,000-1,00,000/- 3rd PRC in IDA. The consolidated fee is 37,600/- p.m.
- For Retired officers joining on a Consultant basis:
- Retired from the Grade in CDA5200-20200 (Grade Pay 2400) (Level 4 in 7th CPC) Or, 25,000-80,000/- 3rd PRC in IDA. The consolidated fee is 14,500/- p.m.
- Retired from the Grade in CDA5200-20200 (Grade Pay 2800) (Level 5 in 7th CPC) Or, 33,000-1,00,000/- 3rd PRC in IDA. The consolidated fee is 16,400/- p.m.
How to Apply?
- Prospective candidates should send their application in the format at Annexure-I furnishing a comprehensive Bio-data including name, date of birth, address for communication, details of qualifications and experience covering organization, a position held, areas of responsibility and emoluments are drawn, etc. along with two copies of passport size photographs.
- The applications should accompany, inter-alia, a write-up on the significant contributions made by the candidates during their present/past assignments and their suitability for the post as per the eligibility requirements.
- Additional information in support of their candidature may be provided by the candidates on plain sheets of paper.
- A person employed with Railways or any Metro rail Corporations or any PSU’s/Govt. Dept. shall apply through the proper channel and shall produce a ‘No Objection Certificate’ along with the application form.
- If the ‘No Objection certificate’ is not attached, the applicant shall give the reasons for the same.
- Management will examine and may relax the condition in exceptional circumstances only. The candidate shall submit the ‘No Objection Certificate at least one day before the interview. Retired officers can submit their applications directly.
- Minimum experience/qualification does not ensure that candidate will be called for an interview. Management may increase the criteria.
- Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date/time will be summarily rejected. UkMRC is not responsible for Loss/delay in post.
- The applications must be sent through speed post/courier/by hand.
