About the Opportunity
ALSiSAR IMPACT is hiring an intern.
Responsibilities
- FDI / ODI / ECB filings with RBI and other regulatory authorities
- Incorporation of company/ ROC filing and other secretarial activities
- Drafting of various kinds of national and international Agreement
- Legal research and varied agreement drafting for start-ups
- Legal, Regulatory and Business Due Diligence for impact PE /VC funds
- Transaction advisory
- Liasoning with key stakeholders
- Continuous and consistent knowledge management activities
Eligibility
- 1st/ 2d year law student in case of 3 year course or 2nd/ 3rd year law student in case of 5 year course
- Candidate undergoing CS examinations will be preferred

- High level of drive, initiative and self-motivation
- Ability to “think out of the box.”
- Attentive to detail
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Social sector/impact investing enthusiast
- Ability to work in a small team
