Arth believes that such simultaneous approach will help to migrate the firm workers to non-firm work and enhance their earning potential way beyond their present income.
Our initial idea is to setup a business hub at a Gram Panchayat level, whereby we can bring Healthcare, Banking & Financial Services, Agricultural Business, SMB development, and semi organized retail along with supply chain & logistics. We wish to be woven in the economic fabric of that Gram Panchayat. We are looking for a strategic help for our initiative and we are backed by Middle Eastern Investors.
About the Internship
Arth are currently seeking interns for our firm. Our firm is presently engaged in multiple civil and criminal litigations in various courts at Indore, Mumbai and Delhi. Our cases are in High Courts, District Courts, Revenue Courts, and other tribunals. We are a team of young hardworking advocates and majorly work at three locations -Delhi, Mumbai and Indore. Our litigations are also supported by prominent senior advocates and law firms in all three locations.
We are engaged in some of the leading national cases like the present challenge to the PMLA legislation before the Supreme Court.
Responsibilities
Commitment, excellence, integrity, knowledge, respect, openness, teamwork and trust are the bedrock of how we approach our profession and we are looking for a few interns to augment our present team. The incumbent must be curious, bold and passionate about the practical applications of the power of law and the person must be willing to challenge the legal status quo. This opportunity offers learning while working through developing legal strategy, legal drafting, extensive research with analysis and briefing and assisting senior advocates. They shall also be attending the court hearings physically and make notes of the proceeding to develop their court craft further. We look for drive and intellectual curiosity, legal acumen, commercial awareness, interpersonal skills, Digital Native and collaborative behaviour.
Duration
The duration of the said internship will be for 2 months starting in the second week of September
