Roles and Responsibilities
12 hours of effective teaching per week
Eligibility Criteria
Good academic record with at least 55% marks in LL.M. (50% in case of SC/ST/Physically & Visually handicapped candidates), 50% marks in LL.B examination (45% in case of SC/ST/Physically and Visually handicapped candidates) and should have either cleared UGC NET, CSIR or should have obtained PhD Degree in the relevant subject; OR
LL.B. degree with at least 55% marks and at least 10 years of practice at the Bar/10 years of employment experience at the officer level with experience of application/enforcement of the relevant branch of Law/10 years experience as a Chartered Accountant. The candidate should not be more than 65 years of age.
