Submission Guidelines

To ensure a consistent and high-quality content experience, we have established the following submission guidelines. Please read them carefully before submitting your article.

Content Guidelines:

Word Count: The preferred word count for submissions is between 1500 and 2000 words. However, we understand that certain topics may require a longer or shorter article, so slight deviations from this range will be considered.

Originality: All submissions must be original work created by the author(s) and should not have been published elsewhere, including on personal blogs or other platforms.

Topic Relevance: Articles must focus on topics related to arbitration law, including but not limited to the following:

·       Overview of arbitration laws in specific jurisdictions

·       Analysis of recent arbitration case law

Exploring emerging trends and developments in arbitration practice

·       Practical guidance for arbitration practitioners

·       Comparative studies on different arbitration systems

·       Commentary on arbitration-related legislation, conventions, or treaties

Structure: Please organize your article in a logical and coherent manner. It should include an introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Subheadings may be used to enhance readability.

Tone and Style: Articles should be written in a clear, concise, and professional manner. Avoid excessive legal jargon and ensure that complex concepts are explained adequately for a diverse readership. Use gender-neutral language wherever possible.

Citations and Referencing:

Uniform Citation Method: We require the use of a uniform citation method throughout the article. The preferred citation method is the Bluebook citation style (21st edition) or the Oxford Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA).

Hyperlinks: Wherever possible, include hyperlinks to relevant legal sources, cases, statutes, treaties, or other credible references. Hyperlinks should be used to supplement citations but not replace them entirely.

Plagiarism: Plagiarism in any form will not be tolerated. All submissions will be thoroughly checked for originality using plagiarism detection software.
