Roles and Responsibilities
- Legal Advisory Support: Provide timely and accurate legal advice to the business teams on a wide range of commercial matters, including contract negotiations, partnership agreements, distribution agreements, marketing campaigns, and promotions.
- Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to safeguard the company’s interests and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential legal risks and propose effective strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that the company’s business decisions align with legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Business Transactions: Assist in structuring and executing various business transactions providing legal support throughout the process.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and advise the business teams on compliance matters to ensure adherence to applicable legal requirements.
- Dispute Resolution: Collaborate with the legal team to manage and resolve commercial disputes, if any, arising from business transactions or agreements.
- Managing Stakeholders: Manage stakeholders from cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Background: LLB from a Premier Law College. LLM from a reputed University would be a plus but not a must.
- Work Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, with a focus on commercial and business law. Preferably from Media, E-Commerce, OTT, Digital Payments, Telecom, Technology, IT, ISP or Broadcasting Sector.
