Role:

Regional Legal Manager for Home Loan 

Location:

Punjab & Haryana Locations. Based location will be Zirakpur, Punjab

Responsibility :

Managing & reviewing legal due diligence/legal reports for retail Home loans for PCH. 

Skill:

Should be well aware of PCH local property laws, transfer of property act etc. 

Vendor Management

Work along with Business and Credit Team to ensure proper formulation & approvals. 

Team Size : 

Will handle legal teams of 6-7 people

Experience : 

7-8 years of experience with HFC/Bank
