About the Opportunity
- They’re looking for 2 Legal Interns willing to work long-term (at least 6 months).
- This role is open to final-year law students only.
- This is a part-time, paid, remote role where you can work alongside your Law School classes.
- Students of the Indian Time Zone are requested to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Legal Research and Drafting
- Assist the Lawyer in terms of compiling case bundles, research, and drafting.
- Assisting in compliance with laws and legal regulations.
- Organise Case Documents, update deadlines, etc.
- Willing to work part-time ( appx. 20 Hours a Week) unless called upon during specific periods.
- Expected to be Professionally Responsible towards work, clients, peers, and lawyers.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace, MS Office, and Legal Research Databases.
- Ready to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final Year Law Student
- Proficient in Legal Research and Drafting
- Basic Knowledge of American Immigration – EB1A Extraordinary Ability Immigrant Visas, EB2 NIW Exceptional Ability, National Interest Waiver, O1A Individuals with Extraordinary Ability or Achievement
- Preferably someone with litigation/law firm-based experience.
