Eligibility
- PQE: 2-3 years
- An LLB degree from an accredited law school.
- Bar enrolment in Karnataka.
- Fluency in spoken Canada is necessary.
- A strong understanding of cybercrime, technology laws, intellectual property rights, and data privacy.
- Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest legal and technological developments.
Responsibilities
- Handle cybercrime cases and court appearances.
- Offer expert counsel on emerging technology issues, such as AI, blockchain, and digital currencies.
- Protect our clients’ intellectual property through patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
- Ensure our clients are compliant with data privacy regulations.
- Contribute to our firm’s content creation and online presence.
