Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai, established under the Maharashtra National Law University Act 2014 on 20th March 2014, is one of the premier National Law Universities in India.
The Act envisaged to establishment National Law University in Maharashtra to impart advanced legal education and promote society-oriented research in legal studies for the advancement of the societal life of the people in the country.
The prime goal of the University is to disseminate advanced legal knowledge and processes of law amongst the students and impart to them the skills of advocacy, legal services, and law reforms and make them aware and capable of utilizing these instruments for social transformation and development.
About Centre for Training and Research in Commercial Regulations, MNLU Mumbai
The Centre for Training and Research in Commercial Regulations was established with the view to encourage and promote discussion, training, and research in areas of Commercial Law and allied areas by bringing together academicians, professionals, legal experts, economists, regulators, judges, and students. Our aim is to discuss, debate & spread awareness about contemporary changes & challenges faced by different businesses in the Indian and international Market and to be able to generate literary academia where people from various forums can come together to exhibit their knowledge and expertise and serve as a platform for people from all diverse fields to share their nuances about commercial and regulatory compliance mechanisms and the nitty-gritty associated with them in the legal sphere.
