About the Opportunity
The Real Estate Regulatory Authority, NCT of Delhi desires to empanel Advocates and Law Firms (within the meaning of Section 2(7) of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908) for representing the Authority before various Quasi-Judicial Bodies, Tribunals, Courts, etc.
For the purpose, proposals are invited from individual Advocates and established Law Firms. The Firms should be registered and have minimum average turnover of at least Rs.15 lakh per annum during last three years. In case of individuals, turnover condition will not apply.

Salary
The selected individual Advocates and Law Firms will be paid as per the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice, Govt. of India from time to time on case to case basis. The selection will be made by a Committee constituted by the Authority for the purpose.
