Responsibilities
- Assisting with research & drafting in the sphere of international tax laws and regulations.
- Conducting market study and competition mapping for business setups in North America and Europe.
- Conducting legal research and preparing updates on relevant laws and regulations.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts and agreements.
