Most respectfully showeth: - 

1. That petitioner is legally wedded wife of Respondent having solemnised the marriage in the year 1985 at Ramkrishnan Hall, and presently residing within the jurisdiction of this Hon’ble court with her 8 years old son born out of the said wedlock. 

2. That Respondent has recently started living separately with his official lady colleague, leaving petitioner and her son without any means and support to maintain thumselves. 

3. That respondent has taken different device and method including indecent character against the petitioner before the said lady colleague (xyz) and had no affection of the son and petitioner wife. 

4. That petitioner is managing herself and her son by manual work carried out by going to different family and presently at a distressful condition.

5. That respondent being a govt. servant is in receipt of Rs. 8, 000/- pm and has no any other obligation except that of lady colleague to whom respondent showers his earning. 

6. That respondent owns his own house worth Rs. 5-6 lakh besides in receipts of 3, 0007- p. m. as a rent out of his property (house rent from his own house rented to other by staying at govt. accommodation). 

PRAYER

It is most-humbly prayed that in the circumstances the respondent be ordered to make a monthly allowance of Rs. 2, 000/- to the petitioner and Rs. 1000/- for the son for the maintenance of his wife and children be passed or any other relief as this Hon’ble court deem fit from the date of this application.
