About the Role
They are expanding their team and are looking for:
Associates with 2-3 years of experience in legal proceedings, particularly in the Bombay High Court and other courts in and around Mumbai. The role demands proficiency in legal drafting, research, and argumentation, along with strong skills in MS Office and document formatting.
Roles and Responsibilities
The associate will be responsible for:
- Legal Drafting for various types of documents and cases.
- Conducting Legal Research for ongoing cases.
- Representing and arguing in the High Court and other Courts.
- Managing documentation and formatting using MS Office.
Eligibility Criteria
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Bombay High Court and surrounding Courts.
- Can appear in the Bombay High Court independently.
- Strong skills in legal drafting, research, and court argumentation.
