About the Job:
They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate Advocate to join our expanding property law team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in the legal field, offering a chance to work on a diverse range of property law matters, including acquisitions, leasing, and development projects.
Eligibility:
Must hold an LLB degree from a reputed law school.
An active license to practice law in West Bengal is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in property law, preferably within a law firm setting.
Demonstrated analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of property law matters, including but not limited to acquisitions, leasing, and development projects.
Conduct thorough legal research, draft comprehensive legal documents, and provide expert advice on a range of property-related issues.
Remain abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to deliver proactive and strategic legal solutions to our clients.
Engage in negotiations, represent clients in transactions, and ensure all legal procedures are followed meticulously.
Duration:
This is a full-time position with an expectation for a long-term commitment to fostering growth and excellence within our firm.
