About ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad:
The Faculty of Law commonly known as ICFAI Law School is a constituent unit of the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE) a NAAC A++ accredited institution. ICFAI Law School is situated in the vibrant city of Hyderabad recognised as the most distinguished Law Institute of 2023 by The Knowledge Review, and excels as Telangana's top law school per GHRDC 2023 rankings.
It also holds the top position in Telangana's leading law
schools and ranked third among the top leading law schools nationwide

About FRIEDEN:
With the Motto of “united for
mutual understanding, mutual help, and mutual growth” FRIEDEN, the ADR Club was established under the guidance of our
beloved Prof. (Dr.) A.V.Narsimha Rao, Director, ICFAI Law School, IFHE,
Hyderabad. The club is primarily dedicated to nurturing young leaders,
equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary for fostering peaceful
resolutions, promoting positive interactions, and engaging in equitable
dialogue for efficient negotiations.
About
LexKnot-2024:
LexKnot is the annual legal-cultural fest of ICFAI Law School,
Hyderabad with students participating across the nation from various law
colleges and universities. LexKnot promises to be the highlight event of the
year, showcasing a blend of legal, cultural, and literary competitions.
Spearheaded by the FRIEDEN, our flagship events for LexKnot 2024 include a National Mediation Competition and a National Client Counselling Competition.
With immense pleasure, the FRIEDEN ADR Club is actively organising these
prestigious competitions, aiming to foster a spirit of excellence and
collaboration among participants.

Team Composition
for Meditation Competition
●
Each team shall
comprise of 3 (Three) Participants: 1 (One) Mediator, 1 (One) Mediating Pair
(Client+Counsel).
●
The Member of the
Team designated as a Mediator shall remain unchanged throughout the
Competition.
●
Whereas, each
Mediating Pair shall play the role of both the Client and the Counsel
interchangeably i.e. each member of the mediating pair shall act as client and
counsel both in at least one round.
Team Composition
for Client Counselling Competition
●
Each Team shall
consist of 2 (Two) participants as Counsels.
●
It is informed
that the clients for the competition shall be provided by the organizers
themselves.

In addition to appreciation certificates, the following designations
along with the Cash Prize will be awarded to

Rs.15,000/- (Indian Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only)

Participation certificates shall be granted to all participants
irrespective of their success in rounds.

No Registration
fees is charged for the competition. Each college may register up to one team
for each competition. Please note that the competition is being hosted in offline mode only. Please refer to the brochure attached below for detailed
