Legal Officer - minimum 01 year of experience in preparing Legal Reports, conducting property search, Vetting of title documents.

2. Local candidate will be preferred
Qualifications-
Law Degree.
Experience-
1-3 year
Responsibilities-
* Preparation and review of title search report.
* Opinion on various properties to be mortgaged.
* Vendor management for retrieval of reports and maintenance of TAT.
* Coordination with Internal team for clearance of legal report.
* Can consider candidate from legal firm or NBFCs.
