 ROLE - 

LEGAL Sr . EXECUTIVE (NON – LITIGATION)

Location -

Mumbai (Andheri West) only Mumbai candidates can apply who can come for face to face round of interview

QUALIFICATION: -

· LLB

· LLM (Added Advantage)

EXPERIENCE:

Only Media & Entertainment Lawyer having requisite experience of Relevant non- litigation background experience

The candidate must have excellent communication skills and drafting skills. Remuneration and designation shall depend upon previous experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Drafting of various Agreements including but not limiting to Production Service, Licenses, Acquisitions.

2. Vetting/reviewing of all forms of Agreements and Contracts.

3. Co-ordinating with Clients.

4. Drafting and replying to notices and complaints

5. Handling ancillary Non Litigation work.

We are looking for candidates with a vision of long term association and possessing at minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in dealing with above mentioned responsibilities.

Salary:

₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
