Civil, Commercial and Constitutional Litigation in Trial Courts & Appellate Courts
Remuneration:
Depends on the experience of the selected candidate and will Discussed upon interview
Key Accountabilities:
* Good understanding of the Civil Procedure Code and Civil Laws.
* Drafting all kinds of Pleadings such as Notices, Complaints, Evidence Affidavits, Replies, Rejoinders, Writ Petitions and all forms of Applications etc.
* Appearance before - High Court, Sessions Court, City Civil & District Courts, Magistrate Courts and Quasi-Judicial Authorities.
* Good research skills.
* Fluency in English with Good Communications skills.
* Experience in dealing with Clients is preferable.
* Team Player
Education Qualification:
* LL. B with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience
SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Good written, verbal and presentation skills
* Strong analytical and research skills
* Ability to prioritise complex and often interrelated tasks
* Good team player, collaborative style of working
