Position: 

Associate (Corporate Team) 

Location: 

Noida

Qualification & Experience: 

The candidate should have at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience gained in a law firm; 

The candidate should be an LLB/ LLM degree holder from a well-ranked law school; 

The candidate should be self-motivated, hard-working & diligent; and 

Must possess a high standard of written and spoken English.

 

Responsibilities: 

Deliver the highest quality of legal counsel and support to our valued clients; 

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts which inter alia include, transaction agreements/ documents, term sheets, share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, business transfer agreements, asset purchase agreements, and joint venture agreements;

Drafting reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts for Real Estate, Fintech, Telecom, and IT sectors; and 

Sound knowledge of Due Diligence processes. 

 

Salary: 

As per industry standards.
