Roles-
(i) Researching and analysing case laws and judgments legal research engines on SCC, Manupatra.
(ii) Drafting legal notices and letters.
(iii) Client interactions, coordination, and negotiations including sending various email communications.
(iv) Drafting agreements and contracts.
(v) Drafting various commercial suits, civil suits, writ petitions, trademark cancellation petitions, copyright cancellation petitions, design cancellation petitions, Regular First Appeals, First Appeals against Orders etc.
(vi) Drafting of trademark opposition notices, counter-statements, evidence affidavits under Rule 45, Rule 46 and Rule 47 of the Trade Mark Rules, 2017.
(vii) Appearing before various Delhi District Courts and High Court of Delhi, arguing cases and briefing of seniors pertaining to day to day matters as well as assisting in mediation process.
