About the JOB :
Cohizon Life Sciences Limited are looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience and a qualification of LLB and CS in for handling matters like contracts, compliances, RoC filing, etc. to join immediately.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills, and capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
(ii) Registered lawyers with relevant legal experience or fresh graduates with prior internship experience.
(iii) A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
(iv) Applicants should demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and oral, and be proficient in drafting and legal research.
(v) The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and dispute resolution, with a focus on commercial and IP laws
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting legal pleadings, appearing before various Courts and Tribunals.
(ii) Drafting and vetting agreements, advising clients on a variety of legal issues, etc.
(iii) The areas of law the prospective Associate will be required to largely practice are Civil/Commercial Laws.
(iv) The work will include appearances before the Supreme Court, High Court, and other fora.
(v) The Associate will be responsible for providing legal representation, advice, services to clients, case discussions, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting in case preparation and court proceedings.
