Our practice areas include Corporate Law, ROC Compliances, Intellectual Property (IPR), and Litigation before various forums such as DRT, NCLT and District Courts, Consumer Courts.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in a broad range of legal and compliance matters, with a primary focus on ROC compliances and filings.
Key Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct legal research and prepare reports on relevant laws and regulations.
(ii) Handle ROC compliances, including drafting annual reports, annual filings, and other statutory submissions.
(iii) Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and notices.
(iv) Support legal consulting projects by ensuring compliance and accuracy.
(v) Manage Trade Mark matters including search reports, filing, oppositions, and counter-statements.
(vi) Assist in litigation matters before DRT, District Courts, Consumer Courts, and NCLT.
(vii) Provide general legal and administrative support to the legal team.
Skills & Qualifications:
(i) Currently pursuing LL.B.
(ii) Strong research and drafting skills.
(iii) Knowledge of ROC compliance procedures and MCA filings preferred.
(iv) Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple assignments.
(v) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases.
Stipend as per the experience
