About Internship
Shepherd Law and Associates is a full service law firm with an extensive range of services in Litigation, Advisory, International Law, Gender Incongruence is looking to hire a legal intern for their New Delhi Office.
We are providing an opportunity for an online internship, which can be later converted into a regular internship (should the COVID-19 situation stabilizes and the candidate desires). The suitable candidate for this opportunity shall be the one keen on learning the research and drafting work. Interns in their final year of law college will be preferred.

We deal in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Laws, Intellectual Property Rights (Patents, Copyrights, Trademarks, Trade secrets), Consumer Laws (NCDRC, State Commissions, District Forums), Labour Laws, ADR including Arbitration and Mediation, Civil Suits, White Collar Crimes, Debt Recovery, Matrimonial Disputes, Property Laws, Environmental Laws, Medico-legal Matters.
Role of an intern
- To be punctual and respect timelines
- To have a good command over language and a flair of writing as this internship requires good research.
- Drafting and preparing case files
- Research work and preparing notes for different cases
Reimbursement
The remuneration is based on performance.
