Mr. Bhagyodaya Mishra is an advocate in the Gujarat High Court & Supreme Court of India. Mr. Mishra is an enforcement Department Special Public Prosecutor, Government of India, and Anti-Corruption Special Public Prosecutor, Government of Gujarat. He has appeared in a number of landmark judgments and has been standing counsel in matters of RBI, ONGC, IRTC, BIS, Allahabad Bank, The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd., The Centre of Entrepreneurship Development, The Shipping Corruption of India, Competition Commission of India, BSNL, IIM (Kashipur), Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation Ltd., Heavy Engineering Corruption Ltd., Employees Provident Fund Organization, Tourism Corruption of Gujarat, Central Warehouses Corruption, and other Banks.
