LawBharat is hosting a webinar on the topic ‘The Constitution and the Human Rights’ on 16th April. The webinar will be honored by the revered speaker Hon’ble Justice Rajesh Tandon.

The Guest Speaker

Honourable Justice Mr. Rajesh Tandon has been a former Judge of the Uttarakhand High Court at Nainital. During his tenure, he has given various judgments on areas pertaining to Constitutional Law, Environmental Law, Human Rights, Cyber Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Spiritual Law, etc.He has also served as the Chairman of the Uttarakhand State Law Commission and has been a former member of the Human Rights Commission, Uttarakhand. He has been awarded the prestigious Sahityik Purshkar for his book “Muslim Vidhi in Hindi” by the Government of Uttar Pradesh.He has also authored books like ‘Cases and Materials on Transfer’, Commentary on Rent Control Act, and Commentary on Motor Vehicle Act 1988.
