Eligibility

– 2nd and 3rd Year Law Students (Three year Law Course)

-4th and 5th Year Law Students (Five Year Law Course)

– Candidate must possess a basic understanding of M&A and Corporate Laws.

– A prior drafting experience is not mandatory, but will be preferred.
